HOW TO USE:

Define: 1. Line your lips with the PermaGel Ultra Lip Pencil in either a nude or coordinating shade, following the natural contours of your pout. 2. For subtle volume, line just outside your natural lip line. 3. To avoid obvious demarcation when using saturated colors, diffuse the edges with a lip brush.

Sculpt: 1. Use a freshly sharpened PermaGel Ultra Lip Pencil to outline your desired shape. 2. Fill in with the pencil and blend with a lip brush. 3. For a sculpted look, fill in the sides of the lips to create the illusion of fullness in the center.

Color: 1. After exfoliating the lips, fill in the entire top and bottom lip with the PermaGel Ultra Lip Pencil. 2. Diffuse the color with a lip brush.
