HOW TO USE:

For a Saturated Bold Matte Lip: 1. Prep and exfoliate your lips to create a smooth base. 2. Sharpen the pencil for a precise edge and outline your desired lip shape. 3. Fill in your lips, starting from the center and gliding outwards for full coverage.

For a Blurred, Soft-Focus Matte Lip: 1. Exfoliate your lips and apply concealer to neutralize the lip tone. 2. Apply the color from the pencil, starting at the center of your mouth and moving outward. 3. Softly diffuse the edges with a finger or flat shadow brush for a gradient look.
